I was looking to trade in my 15 Kia Sorento 2.4 GDI for an 2014 Sorento SX V6 via the USAA Car Buying service where I got in contact with Mr. Malick Ndiaye. Malick was very professional and very easy to talk to. He handled himself like a professional which is always a plus. I wasn't happy that I received a low trade in price however I feel that what I got in exchange outweighed the difference, but this isn't Malick's issue. I went in to Kia of Silver Spring for an oil change and for a check engine light. I was greeted by Teddy and was very polite and professional and listened to what I requested. While waiting for the service to be completed Teddy informed I should replace my air filter and cabin air filter by showing me the old ones that definitely needed replacing.
